Oak Armoire, Beveled Oval Mirror Door

Carved of solid oak about 1895, this nicely detailed armoire or wardrobe has an oval beveled mirror in the door. The original finish on fine grained oak with some quarter sawn grain is excellent and has been polished.
A graceful arched crown has deep moldings, a large drawer on the bottom is hand dovetailed and has original brasses. Expertly crafted in Scandinavia, this furniture can be disassembled for moving. Even the backside is paneled solid oak, secured with wooden pegs. The interior is fitted with removable shelves, the door lock works.
Measurements are 38" wide, 24" deep, 89" tall and interior depth is over 19."
