Signed by famous maker, "Globe Wernicke," a pair of mahogany 4 stack "lawyer" bookcases are from about 1910.

The old finish has warm antique patina, there are mars and wear at the edges, see photos.

American made library furniture, sections have lift up doors with old wavy glass. Books up to 11" tall and 8" wide fit in all sections. Bases and tops are also separate sections.

Overall dimensions are 34" wide, 11" deep and 62 1/2" tall.
