Architectural salvage from about 1880, this hand carved pair of pilasters originally flanked a doorway. Chisel marks from a master carver show exceptional artistry in solid oak from France.

The original finish is very well preserved, waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain their warm patina.

Size is 7' 9" tall and 3/4" deep and 9" wide, it extends to 11 1/2" wide at the base.
