Renaissance Carved Pair of Antique 1910 Nightstands or Bedside Tables

Richly carved in Renaissance design about 1910, a palatial pair of night stands or bedside tables have original beveled mirrors.

Walnut with matched grain panels, the deep moldings, columns and classical motifs in the friezes are stately. The lustrous satiny finish is in excellent condition, enhancing the beautiful figured wood.

There is a little antique "smoke" in the beveled mirrors to show their age. Elegant oval ends are graceful on this opulent antique furniture.

Hand crafted in Italy for a villa near Milan, brass hardware is original, drawers have hand cut dovetails.

Measurements are 28" wide, 17" deep, 46" tall including the removable mirrors and the tops are 30" high.
