Hand carved of solid walnut about 1900 in Renaissance style, this remarkably detailed chair incorporates sculpted figures, dolphins and heraldic crests.
The original gleaming finish is excellent with very little wear. Strong and solid, this chair was brought from Italy. There are various repairs, shrinkage separations from age and tiny losses for a little character, see photos.
Measurements are 18" wide, 22" deep, 46" tall and the seat is 20" high. Matching chairs are sold separately, call or email for availability.
