A classic round 1900 era solid quarter-sawn oak dining table has six leaves and extends to 10' 6" total length. It is supported by a large shaped column and pedestal base that splits open when extended, revealing a hidden center leg for extra stability.
The impeccable finish is a deep rich brown. Beautifully figured natural grain is exceptionally bold.
Leaves are 12" wide and have matching aprons or skirts, this antique opens and closes smoothly.
Grand American furniture from Chicago, the original label is still underneath. Size is 54" diameter when closed, 10' 6" long when fully extended, 29 1/2" tall and legroom is 25 1/2" high underneath.
