Schonbek Roman Empire 5 1/2' Chandelier

Famous chandelier maker,"Schonbek," created this "Roman Empire" collection chandelier about 12 years ago. Photos do not capture the amazing brilliance of hand-cut European crystal prisms. Condition is excellent, there appear to be a handful of replaced prisms - see photos.

Maker dimensions are 51" diameter and 67" tall, excluding the chain and ceiling cap. Schonbek also states the hanging weight is 148 lbs, so a safety cable and professional installation are a must. The original invoice show the price paid was $11,985 plus bulbs. This is a light fixture of dazzling elegance for a generously scaled room.
