Six matched Renaissance design carved dining chairs were made in the 1920's. The solid carved mahogany frames are completely sturdy and substantial with an impeccable finish. This refined antique American furniture is in beautiful condition.
These chairs have been expertly re-glued for strength and durability, the joints are tight and solid. Chairs are the hardest used of all furniture, they need more gluing, tightening and restoration than another household furnishing.
Our skilled woodworkers have checked for problems, disassembled, removed old glue, applied fresh glue and clamped these chairs to give them another generation of service. The price of our chairs includes restoration, and they are ready to use - durable and usable for modern lifestyles.
The armchair is wonderfully carved, and measures 25" wide, 25" deep, and 47" tall, the 5 large side chairs are 22" wide, 23" deep, 44" tall and seats are 18" high.
