Hand crafted in England during the 1870's Victorian period, a set of six dining chairs has been newly upholstered in European tapestry.
Solid walnut frames show Eastlake influence with delicate carving and ebony spindles. Frames are tight and strong, the old finish is very well preserved. Waxed and buffed, all that is needed to maintain their antique patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Seats are large and comfortable, black and brown porcelain wheels appear original.
Dimensions are 22" wide, 23" deep, 37" tall and seats are 20" high.
