Set of 8 Country French Leather Trouvailles Dining Chairs and Refectory Table

Custom made and signed about 20 years ago by high end designer, "Trouvailles of Watertown, Mass.," this wonderful set of a table and 8 carved dining chairs includes two armchairs.

The satiny finish on fruitwood is in superb condition, with delicate distressing to look antique. Gracefully curved, this is strong and durable vintage furniture of understated elegance.

Chairs have supple leather seats and cloth upholstery elsewhere, condition is exceptional. Soft but supportive seats are comfortable.

The carved dining table extends to over 11' long. Pull out or "refectory" leaves lift into place at both ends. Measurements when closed are 7' 3" long, 42" wide, 30" tall and legroom is about 24" high, with both 24" leaves extended, length is 11' 3" total.

Measurements of the two armchairs are 24" wide, 26" deep, 42" tall and seats are 20" high, six side chairs are 20" wide.
