Tudor Antique Carved Sideboard or Huntboard

This spectacular carved smaller sideboard or huntboard in English Tudor or Renaissance style is gracefully shaped and was made by famous American maker, "Rockford."
Expert deep carving in mahogany is beautiful, and well proportioned with graceful curves. Accented with lavish burl, there is inlaid marquetry - geometric banding and floral designs - in walnut burl, satinwood, ebony and rosewood.
The lustrous finish has warm patina and is in excellent condition everywhere, there are only very minor flaws, see photos. Inside is a removable silverware caddy. Embossed brasses are original.
Extraordinarily well crafted in America, this is truly majestic antique furniture is from about 1925. Dimensions are 45" wide, 22" deep and 34" tall.
