This genuine hand-painted musical manuscript or score is on vellum, and dates from the 1600's. Originally part of a large song book, there is more music painted on the back side.
The carved gold frame is about 60 years old. Large scaled notation and Latin words are to be seen and shared by a choir. Overall size of this historic European antique is 19" wide and 25" tall.
