This marble top mahogany chest was originally a washstand for a bowl and pitcher, and would make a wonderful server or bar cabinet. The hand carved mahogany frame supports a shaped mirror, and the hand dovetailed drawers have gorgeous matched flame grain.

An exceptionally warm finish is in excellent condition The marble top and sides are intact but have significant stains, see photos. Dating from about 1880, this impressive antique furniture measures 38" wide, 19" deep, 5'5" tall, and the marble top is 33 1/2" above the floor.
