Victorian Walnut Spool Cabinet Jewelry Chest

An authentic 1885 era general store spool cabinet held thread for sale, and would now make a nice jewelry cabinet. The drawer fronts have original red stained glass inserts that are carved with "Clark" insignias, one is missing and one has a crack, see photos.

All six drawers have finger dovetails and original brass shanks or ferrules on the knobs. The finish is excellent on solid walnut with warm patina and lots of mars, stains and shrinkage separations for character.

This American country antique furniture is picturesque, and measures 29" wide, 20" deep and 22" tall.
