Victorian Writing Desk Library Table Saddle Leather

This Victorian library table or writing desk has a leather top, and was made in the early 1880's.
Carved of solid walnut, the finish is excellent. There are two dovetailed drawers, the frame is strong and solid.
Made for a downtown Chicago law office, the top has supple saddle leather with natural variations and marks.
This substantial American antique furniture measures 6' long, 34" wide, 31 1/2" tall and legroom underneath is 24" high.
