- Rates are based on GROUND FLOOR delivery by a trusted independent courier using a van with ONE DRIVER. Please ensure a clear path for quick access.
- Most deliveries occur within 45 business days of payment. Deliveries involving stairs, elevators, or requiring two drivers may take longer and usually require advance notice and a surcharge.
- Movers are insured against damage or loss and reserve the right to repair. Damage is rare and typically minor, and can be addressed directly with the courier.
- Deliveries requiring a ferry, to remote areas (mountain homes, islands, keys, etc.), or to properties with COI requirements or limited service hours may be excluded from posted rates or subject to additional charges.

- Free Store Pickup We have help to load Mon-Fri 10-4 and Sat 10-3. We are open Sunday 12-5 but do not have someone that can physically help with large pieces. Bring blankets/padding/straps to ensure safe transport.
