The famous "Adlake Lamp of Chicago" was used by railroads as a signal marker lamps, a true "right and left" marked caboose pair, called rear end markers. Red and green glass lenses are original. The kerosene burners have been replaced with a standard base electric sockets, rewired with switches in the cords.
These early 1900's antiques measure 10" x 10" and 14" tall, excluding the handle.
