Authentic Art Deco furniture from the 1930's, a set of 6 walnut and burl dining chairs are dazzling. Sleek and ultramodern in its day and now, the intricate natural woodgrain is gorgeous with warm rich patina.

There are minor irregularities as usual in the quarter-matched burl wood, and the finish is excellent. Completely firm and strong, this antique set is as usable as it is beautiful.

Streamlined design and proportions make this set a modernist masterpiece.

Chairs are newly upholstered in designer fabric of the period. Measurements are 18" wide, 19" deep, 36" tall and seats are 19" high.

There is a matching table, and two sideboards listed separately.
