This "Atmos" 540 model clock is signed by famed Swiss maker, "Yaeger LeCoultre," and is in flawless running condition.
The gold plated case and movement are in excellent condition with only minute scratches.Model number 526-5 and serial number 263-217 shows this clock is around 50 years old.
An engineering marvel, this renowned timepiece is powered entirely by changes in atmospheric pressure, which is why these are sometimes called "perpetual motion machines."
The revolving pendulum has a lever that locks and secures it for moving. Time adjustment is with a lever on the top of the intricate 13 jewel movement.
Feet are adjusted by checking the bubble level in the base, and measurements are 7" wide, 5 1/2" deep and 9" tall.
