Signed by famous designer and maker, "Beacon Hill," this Georgian style breakfront china cabinet or bookcase is about 50 years old. All original, the satiny finish is very fine, enhancing the warm flame grain mahogany.
There is a pull out desk with tooled leather. Grillwork surrounds slightly convex glass panes, shelves are adjustable and have grooves for plate display.
Two separate pieces for easier moving, this American made vintage furniture shows the finest construction. Dovetailed drawers are finished inside, trays in the base slide smoothly on bearings. The crown is exquisitely detailed and oval panels are beautiful. Embossed brasses are original, locks work with the key.
Measurements of this stately cabinet are 83" wide, 19" deep and 86 1/2" tall.
