A true right and left pair of spectacular "Bombe" shaped bedside or end tables or nightstands has inlaid marquetry design. The satiny finish on matched walnut burl is very fine with beautiful antique patina and character - the usual small shrinkage separations and minor mars.
One of the famous Italian "Porfirio" black and gold marble tops has a professional repair and the polish is excellent. Brasses are original, drawers have solid oak sides with hand-cut dovetails.
Expertly crafted in northern Italy about 1910, this is dramatic and bold scale antique furniture. Measurements are 21" wide, 15" deep and 28 1/2" tall. The wall mirror and matching pieces are priced separately, call or email for availability.
