Carved Antique Wooden Dipper or Spoon

A country dipper or round spoon was hand-whittled from a single block of beech hardwood - the tool marks are plainly visible.
The handle has a hook to hang on the edge of a bucket, and there is a shrinkage separation in the bowl.
This charming antique from the late 1800's has wonderful patina and natural color. Size of this charming spoon is almost 12" long.
