A set of four classical corner brackets or corbels are architectural salvage from an 1890's St. Paul mansion, and were hand carved of solid chestnut, which has a grain very similar to oak.
These American made antique fragments have a fine old finish and have been waxed and buffed. There are chisel marks by a master carver on these historic works of art.
Each one has slightly different sizes, one measured close to 6 1/2" wide, the flat side is 6" deep and height is 23 1/2" tall.
