A rugged antique Victorian woodworking bench makes a great kitchen island or table for wine tasting and appetizers.
Solid hard maple, oak and chestnut, there are 2 working vises or clamps. A recessed tray held tools on this American country furniture from the 1870's.
The finish is very warm, there is wonderful patina - stains, mars and wear on this picturesque antique.
For handling, the top lifts off the base, which is made with mortise and tenon joints. Measurements are 7'9" long, 33" wide and 32" tall including the handles on the vise clamps.
