A king size bed was created by joining a pair of beautiful birdseye curly maple twin beds with carved crests.
- American antique 1915s bedroom furniture
- Old finish varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
- Minor mars & shrinkage separations from age - see photos
- Original side rails are extended to king length
- Bed includes wooden cross supports and center legs as shown
- Bed is expertly adapted to fit a standard modern king size mattress and spring unit as shown
Bed size is 85.5" long, 85" wide with headboard 59.5" tall and footboard 34.5" tall. Slats sit 10" from ground and demonstrator mattress is 14" thick.
