Demilune Half Round Console Cabinet, Walnut, Hand Painting Berkey & Gay #28580
A half round or "demilune" console cabinet from the 1920's is walnut with satinwood banding, matched elm burl and hand painted details. This cabinet was signed by noted maker, "Berkey and Gay."
The original finish has a little "crazing" for antique character, and has been preserved with clear varnish. A curved front drawer has solid mahogany sides with dovetailed joints and original hardware. Doors have a working lock and original hardware on this American made furniture.
Measurements are 50" wide, 22" deep and 37" tall.
