Entirely original, this Edison mahogany floor model C250 phonograph is in wonderful working condition. The original finish has some mars and wear, but is still furniture with a warm rich glow dating from the early 1900's.
Inside the lid is the gold Edison signature, Edison exposition medal, plus an engraved identification plate. The automatic shutoff, speed and volume controls and winding spring all operate correctly.
Hardware, fittings and diamond needle are all intact. In the base are 2 drawers and a few Edison records to get started with. The sound quality on this antique phonograph is excellent, the Edison has superior sound compared to the Victrola machines. Size is 24" deep, 22" wide and 50" tall.
