A spectacular Empire period sofa from the 1830's is matched flame grain mahogany with lavish scrollwork. Upholstery is new, the seat is comfortable.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few mars and losses for antique character, see photos. American made, the frame is tight and strong, reglued to serve another generation.
Size is 84" wide, 30 1/2" deep and 35" tall, the seat is 19" high.
