Empire Antique 1840 Carved Mahogany Sofa, New Upholstery & Bolsters #29748
An Empire period sofa from about 1840 with gentle curves is matched flame grain mahogany with new upholstery and bolster pillow.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few shrinkage separations for a little character. The frame is strong and sturdy, reglued to serve another generation. The seat is comfortable, upholstery is European brocade on this American made antique furniture.
Measurements are 7' wide, 29" deep, 36" tall and the seat is 17" high.
