An Empire period round drop leaf table could be a tea, lamp or end table.
- American East Coast antique furniture from around 1825
- Fluted column with hand carved pedestal and carved mahogany hinges to support drop leaves
- Beautiful flame grain mahogany
- Top surface has been refinished for durability. The rest of the old varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish.
- Some mars and shrinkage separations from age, along with surface irregularities on base - see photos
- Original brass wheels
- One drawer under tabletop for convenient storage
Size is 12" wide when closed, 30" long, and 29" high. When both leaves are open, it is 29" wide total.
