Hand crafted about 40 years ago in the French Louis XIV style, an elegant writing desk is banded in mahogany with inlaid walnut burl panels.

There are minor losses, touchups and uneven spots, see photos. The renewed finish is in excellent condition on this vintage imported unsigned furniture.

Cast solid brass mounts and pulls are original. Three drawers have hand cut dovetail joints.

Measurements are 56" long, 34" deep, 32" tall and legroom is 24-25" underneath.
