This palatial mahogany dining table includes a classic table and two matching leaves measuring 11'4" long with magnificent matched flame grain mahogany and spectacular banding in exotic rosewood, ebony, tulipwood and satinwood.
The table is supported by two large carved mahogany "birdcage" pedestals, each with four brass feet. There are two matching 24" wide leaves with skirts or aprons. Size is 52" wide, 30" tall, legroom is 26" underneath, and 88" long when closed, with both leaves the table extends to 11' 4" long.
This dining table is a recent reproduction or replica of 18th Century Georgian or Federal Period furniture. We are told this is a Drexel Robinson collection table, but the signature has been removed and we cannot be certain. The top has a rich satiny finish in excellent condition, we see several small dimples, see photos. There are only very tiny mars or scratches, and we proudly present this historic and impeccable furniture at extraordinary savings.
Chairs are priced separately at $250 each, the table easily accommodates 12.
