German Antique 1900 Laboratory Spectroscope, signed Schmidt, Berlin

A brass and iron laboratory comparison spectroscope dates from around 1900. There are refracting mirrors and a swivel lens turret on this antique instrument, signed "Schmidt & Haensch, Berlin" and "Made in Germany."
We are told that to use this instrument, an attachment to hold small test tubes of liquid would be needed.
Size is 5 1/2" across, 5 1/2" deep and 12" tall.
