Handles of this dessert silverware set from Germany have rose motifs, this boxed set dates from the 1930's.
Signed "90," this set is 90% pure silver, as opposed to standard American sterling silver at 92.5% purity. There are six small 5" coffee or sherbet spoons, six 5" cake forks and four serving pieces as shown. The largest is the 8 1/2" pastry server.
One fork which has a backward facing rose on the handle, a charming indication that these delicate pieces were hand made. All are hand engraved with very little wear.
The embossed leatherette presentation case is worn and measures 8 1/2" x 11" and 2" tall.
