Signed by noted clockmaker, "Gilbert," a crystal or Paris regulator type clock dates from the early 1900's.
The polished solid brass case is accented in nickel, beveled glass panes are intact. The dial is porcelain with an exposed escapement.
Newly cleaned and oiled, the brass 8 day movement keeps excellent time, striking a deep gong on the hour and a bell on the half hour.
Measurements are 6 1/2" by 9 3/4" tall, and 5" deep.
