This set of library steps from England date from the 1920's and form a quarter circle around a post. Solid mahogany, the finish is in excellent condition on this antique furniture.
Gold tooled leather treads have dings and wear for character. The frame is tight and strong. Four original porcelain wheels are removable if desired. The brass finial knob or handle is original. We suspect that these steps are not exactly OSHA approved.
Measurements are 65 1/2" tall, the base is about 19" x 20."
