New Haven Antique Grandfather or Tall Case Clock

Signed by American maker, "New Haven" of Connecticut, this classic tall case or grandfather clock has a beautuiful mahogany case. A fine runner, the brass movement strikes the hour.

This understated clock has brass a engraved brass dial, brass weights and pendulum. The 8 day movement is wound by pulling the chains.

There is slight crazing to the satiny original finish, and the rich deep patina is beautiful on the well proportioned case. Antique furniture from about 1900, there is beveled glass in the lower door.

This clock has been professionally cleaned and oiled by a master clock maker. Size is 20" wide, 13" deep and 7'8" tall.
