Salvaged from a grandfather clock case, this clock movement has been mounted on an oak board to hang on a wall or it could be fitted with a tall case if desired.
- Victorian movement is signed by famous maker "Seth Thomas" from about 1890
- Original brass weights & pendulum, dial with worn silver plate and hand-painted moon dial
- Professionally cleaned and oiled eight day movement keeps accurate time
- Westminster melody plays on concentric bell chime for quarter hours, plus gong strike counts hour
- Lunar dial does not work
