- Hand sculpted lion heads with rings
- Fantastically hand carved oak with loads of quarter sawn grain
- Top surface has been refinished for durability. The rest of the original finish has been waxed and buffed, preserving minor wear. All that is needed to maintain the soft luster is an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Shrinkage separations & warping from age - see photos
- Patinated brass hardware is original
- Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints
