Oak Architectural Salvage Antique Scandinavian 1890's Fireplace Mantel & Cabinet

A spectacular carved oak fireplace mantel, surround and cabinets is architectural salvage from an 1890's country manor house in Scandinavia.

The finish has been renewed in places and is in excellent overall condition on this antique furniture. Entirely hand crafted, there are raised panels and understated detailing and moldings. Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints. For easier moving, this mantel cabinet disassembles into 4 pieces. There are various small shrinkage separations from age, see photos. A key works the door locks only, there is no key for the drawers.

Dimensions are 6' 1" wide, 19" deep and 84" tall, the fireplace opening is 49 1/2" wide and 40" tall.
