Oak Swivel Adjustable Pat 1916 Antique Desk Chair, Leather Seat, Signed Johnson

A solid quarter sawn oak swivel desk chair from about patent 1916 is signed, "Johnson Chair Co." Completely restored, the finish is in excellent condition. The frame is reglued to serve another generation, the seat is newly upholstered in natural saddle leather.

Curved lumbar spindles and the sculpted seat are comfortable on this American made antique office or library furniture. The cast iron mechanism has adjustable height and tilt. Ball bearing wheels are replacements.

Measurements are 23" wide, 24" deep, 35" tall and the seat is 20" high as shown, adjustable up and down.
