Pair of Rosewood Marquetry Nightstands, Marble Tops

A pair of radiant marble-top nightstands or bedside tables has gentle curves in rosewood with impeccable inlaid marquetry. Cast bronze hardware is original from about 1915. Splendid warm patina is evident in the superb satiny finish.
Diagonal matching and exotic tulipwood banding show masterful workmanship. The Italian black marble is richly veined in gold and white, and in excellent condition.
This elegant antique furniture has hand dovetailed drawers and is a true left and right pair, size is 21" wide, 16" deep, 42" tall and the marble is 31" high.
