A Sheraton period breakfast or dining table has a drop leaf that rests on a swing out "gate leg" and could also function as a server or hall console.
- American antique 1830s furniture
- Solid cherry with spiral twist legs
- Top surface has been refinished for durability. The rest of the old varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish.
- Minor mars & shrinkage separations from age - see photos
- Hand-pegged mortise & tenon joints
- Gate leg to hold up drop leaf
Size is 48" long, 25.5" wide, and 29" tall. With leaf open, overall width is 43".
