An accurate replica of an original 17th Century "skeleton" wall clock has exposed works, and is signed "Made in Germany" about 20 years ago.
The 8 day brass movement keeps excellent time, striking the top bell once on each hour. "Tempus Fugit," or Time Flies is the traditional inscription on this vintage timepiece. To wind, the chain is pulled weekly.
A presentation box is included. Size is 6" across, 26" tall including the removable pendulum but not the weight and chain.
