Steinway L Grand Piano, Ebony 1924 Original

This magnificent Steinway grand piano was crafted in 1924. The model "L" 5'10" long classic case has the original ivories and a satin ebony finish. It has been tuned and holds its pitch and plays very well. There are insignificant separations in the sound board. The piano and matching bench have been cleaned and polished, and the finish is very silky and pleasing, with a little crazing and a few blemishes to show its age.

This musical instrument, a family treasure, is very playable as it is, and has an easy touch. If this piano from Steinway's golden age were expertly rebuilt, it would be a spectacular performer. Dimensions are 5'10" long, 59" wide, and 39" tall with the wing down.
