Swan Carved 1940's Vintage Mahogany Day or Twin Size Bed

Carved of mahogany in the 1940's, this twin size bed or day bed has graceful curves with a swan motif. The gleaming finish is in excellent condition on this unsigned American made vintage furniture.
We have furnished an upholstered platform or "bunky board" to support a standard twin or single mattress. A demonstrator mattress is shown in photos but not included. No spring unit is needed.
Measurements are 7' 3" long, 39" wide, 32 1/2" tall and the platform height is 11 1/2."
