A Victorian front hallway wasn't complete without a hall stand with umbrella and cane holder. Gracefully crafted of solid American walnut about 1880, there are pegs for coats or hats, a hand dovetailed glove drawer and oval mirror. The cast iron drip pans for umbrellas are slightly different, one has a chip.
There is graceful piercing next to the mirror, which has enough "smoke" to prove its age
This authentic antique has a warm medium brown finish in very good condition, and there are enough stains and repairs to add a little "character." Measurements of this hall furniture are 33" wide, 17" deep and 7' tall.
