A Victorian period slipper, ballroom or parlor chair has genuine hand stitched petit point tapestry with castle and seashore scenes.
- German 1850s period chair
- Used by a lady to put her dancing slippers on or to rest while in a large gown
- Hand carved fruitwood frame is sturdy
- Original porcelain wheels
- Old finish in very fine condition with minor dings, mars, shrinkage separations,
- Small rips and wear in tapestry with velvet sides - see photos
