Hand crafted of solid oak about 60 years ago in Great Britain, a "Welsh Dresser" or pewter cupboard is in beautiful condition.
Raised panels and subtle distressing gives this country furniture an 18th Century Georgian aspect. The serving top has been revarnished for durability, the rest of the original finish is very well preserved. It has been waxed and buffed, so only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its warm luster.
Grooves on the shelves can display plates if desired. The upper section is separate for easier moving.
Brass pulls are authentic, drawers have dovetailed solid oak sides.
Measurements are 5' wide, 19" deep, 6' 4" tall and the base is 32 1/2" high.
