This workbench for leather was used by a harness maker or "saddler" for horses about 1900. Ash, oak and maple, this rugged primitive antique has a vise clamp for leather harnesses that is tightened by knee pedal.
The finish is very fine on this American made rustic bench, preserving lots of dings and wear for antique character.
Size is 26" long, 20" wide, 43" tall and the seat is 23" high.
